Sabine
Sabine is known for her authentic, non-judgmental teaching.
Her compassion-centered philosophy will make you want to come back for more. She is a 200 hour teacher with additional training in Yin Yoga, restorative yoga, pre-natal, yoga therapy as well as Kids Yoga.
She encourages the growth of the physical and spiritual self but also loves to teach fun filled classes at the beach.
When she is not teaching, she likes to be the student and learn more about Yoga, childbirth and doula care.
Additionally she is the business owner of Doulacare Charleston LLC assisting moms during prenatal, birthing and postpartum. Creator of a unique Childbirth Education Class infused with Prenatal Yoga.
Emily Shorter
Emily Shorter was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina. Though she was raised by the water and the ocean feels like home, she is also an avid lover of the mountains and in her free time enjoys hiking and backpacking. On her days off she can be found reading, writing, or cooking copious amounts of baked goods for her friends and family.
Charlie
The past few decades have been exciting, some times have been for the better and some not. Learning to navigate the world and remaining engaged in turbulent times is not easy. Exploration and reflection have given Charlie the tools to manage the world more intentionally and his journey is to share what he knows about the process.
Charlie discovered yoga in high school and it has helped him transitions through difficult times in life. He was certified to teach Hatha yoga in 2013 in Kerala, India. Since then he has participated in continued education at Holy Cow in Charleston, SC working toward a 500 hour certification.
Charlie teaches yoga classes weekly with a variety of practioners. He is also a paddle sports enthusiest and instructor on the water.
